This listing features a neat copyright dated 1887 softcover booklet from J F Engalls (Briggs thread, patterns, etc) entitled How To Use Fancy Work Materials.  It has no page tears and normal corner and edge bumping as shown.  Pretty cool!  It is sold as shown, as is, so, please ask questions.

The books & paper items may have a slight "boxed up" smell. I buy all my items from estate auctions, so, I do not know if the person had pets or was a smoker.
