DIRE STRAITS - Three (3) 8x10 Photos, Two (2) 9x12 Proof Sheets from legendary music photographer Chuck Pulin, a staple of the New York music scene for decades.  His work appeared often in Billboard Magazine and other publications, as well as on dozens of album covers. These original photos were taken by Chuck at New York's Bottom Line in March of 1979, for the band's first ever New York City shows, in the first week of their first tour of the States. RARE!
The photos are incorrectly dated 1978.  It was the first quarter of the year so maybe Chuck hadn't flipped the calendar yet, though the proof sheets are dated February 1979, which is almost correct.  Their two shows at the Bottom Line took place on March 2nd and 3rd of that year.
