FABULOUS Dark Applejuice Bakelite Bracelet! Awesome Abstract Geometric Carvings!

This beautiful Bakelite bracelet is 3/4" wide and weighs 29 grams. It has the normal inside diameter of 2.5"
I believe the bracelet may have originally been a clear gold color, but over the years its patina has darkened to its current semi translucent dark applejuice color. If you look at the pictures taken outdoors and the indoor photo with the direct light (photos #1 3) you can see hints of the lavender color on the inside of the elliptical open work carvings.
The bracelet has been decorated with four equally spaced open work elliptical carvings. Note how the elliptical shapes are fluted. Narrow at the inside edge of the bracelet and much larger when seen from the outside.
Bunches of smaller elliptical shaped carvings separate the open work carvings. All in all a very cool, very dramatic modernist styled Bakelite bracelet!
This vintage Bakelite bracelet is in excellent condition and its authenticity was confirmed using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10) No chips or cracks were noted.
